These Terms of Service (“Terms”) represent a binding agreement operating between Chat Peek (the “App,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and you (the “User”) regarding the use of the Service. You agree to accept and comply with the terms and conditions outlined below by accessing or using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms or any part of them, please stop using the App.
You admit that if you subscribe to or otherwise use Chat Peek, you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service and that you provide us with the correct data. UK or EU citizens must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. If you access or use Chat Peek, you confirm that you are 16 years or older as the App is not intended for users under 16.
Chat Peek provides you with the ability to get detailed data about the WhatsApp last seen status and usage patterns of a certain number. We offer Services on a pre-paid basis, and you can purchase them via Google Play.
Chat Peek offers a Weekly Subscription plan as well as five days of a free trial when you start your first Subscription. The purchased Subscription is intended for your sole, private, and non-commercial use only. Any other individual or legal entity may not be allowed to access your Subscription.
You can use an unlimited number of your devices to download and install our App.
Your Subscription will renew automatically once the current billing period ends. The auto-renewable Subscription will have the same duration as the original one.
We may occasionally change the price of the Subscription and other related terms without notifying you in advance. All changes become effective once they are posted on the App.

If you access or sign up for Chat Peek, you agree to use the App for lawful and legitimate purposes only as an ethical parental control solution. Chat Peek cannot be used in an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive manner or any manner that violates the Terms.
You are responsible for taking your own steps to keep your username and password confidential and are solely responsible for any activity occurring under your account. You should take reasonable measures to prevent your user account from unauthorized use and any damages such unauthorized use can cause. You shall notify the Chat Peek team at [email protected] immediately if you suspect any security breach or incident affecting the App.
Keeping your data private and secure is our priority. Please take a moment to find out more about how we collect and use your data in our full `Privacy Policy`. Please note that, while we may be exposed to your chats, we do not store or make use of this information in any way.
Chat Peek does not store or use any information from the user's WhatsApp account for any purpose other than its correct operation. By using Chat Peek, you give permission to access your WhatsApp account, which is necessary for the software to work correctly. By agreeing to use the software, you are aware that it has the ability to access all of your data associated with the account, but it does not gather or use any of this information for any other purpose.
We provide our Services on an “as is” basis without any promises or warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your personal requirements or expectations related to its reliability, efficiency, accuracy, or the results of its use. Chat Peek cannot guarantee that the App will be error-free, operational, and secure all the time.
Bear in mind that you are responsible for the use of the Service and shall indemnify and hold harmless the App and all Chat Peek’s employees, officers, directors, representatives, partners, and agents from any actions, claims, demands, damages, costs, penalties, expenses, and any other liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, that arise out of the User’s misuse of the Service or any violation of these Terms of Service.
Chat Peek reserves the right to modify and revise these Terms of Service at any time without advanced notice. All changes take effect once we post them. Be sure to check our Terms for updates from time to time.
