After you subscribe to Chat Peek, we’ll automatically renew your subscription. You will get charged the full subscription price at the beginning of each billing cycle. To avoid charges, cancel your subscription before the end of its current billing cycle.
We provide a full refund within 48 hours after your initial purchase on the condition that you do not have a free trial. You can contact us with a subscription refund request at [email protected].
Please remember that you are only eligible to receive a full refund if you made the initial purchase less than 48 hours before requesting a refund. If you don’t cancel the subscription before the next renewal date, you cannot get a refund unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws.
